By booking CCTV services or purchasing equipment through our website or direct consultations, you agree to the following terms:
1. Quotations & Site Surveys
All initial site surveys within Serampore and immediately adjacent Hooghly localities are free of charge. Quotations are valid for 30 calendar days from the date of issue.
2. Equipment Warranty
All genuine cameras, DVRs, and NVRs carry official manufacturer warranties (typically 1 to 2 years). Hard drives carry standard manufacturer warranties (3 years for Western Digital Purple / Seagate SkyHawk). Warranty is void in the event of physical drops, extreme electric power surges without recommended surge protectors, water ingress from improper unauthorized tampering, or rodent damage not covered by casing.
3. Installation & Service Handover
Installation includes complete hardware mounting, casing-capping conduit cabling, DVR setup, and mobile viewing app configuration on customer devices. Full testing and training are conducted before final handover.
4. Payment Terms
Payments may be completed via cash, UPI, or bank transfer upon successful completion and client demonstration of the surveillance system.
